Adenuric (Febuxostat) Coated Tablets 120 mg. №28
Ingredients
- Active ingredient: Febuxostat 120 mg.
- Other ingredients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate.
Dosage
Recommended dosage: The usual dose is one 120 mg tablet once daily. Follow the instructions provided by your healthcare provider.
Indications
Adenuric tablets are used to manage hyperuricemia in conditions with urate deposition or predictability.
Contraindications
- Do not use Adenuric if:
- You are allergic to febuxostat or any other ingredients.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have severe liver or kidney problems.
Directions
How to take: Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
Scientific Evidence
Studies show that febuxostat effectively reduces serum uric acid levels in hyperuricemia patients. Research in the New England Journal of Medicine indicated non-inferiority to allopurinol in lowering uric acid levels.
