Ingredients
Active ingredient: Levofloxacin 500 mg.
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol.
Dosage
Recommended dosage: 1 tablet daily, or as prescribed by a healthcare professional.
Do not crush or chew the tablet; swallow it whole with a full glass of water.
Indications
Abiflox (levofloxacin) coated tablets are indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections such as sinusitis, pneumonia, skin infections, urinary tract infections, and bronchitis.
Contraindications
Do not use Abiflox (levofloxacin) coated tablets if:
- You have a history of tendon problems after taking fluoroquinolones.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have a history of seizures.
