Composition

active substance: Acidum acetylsalicylicum;

1 enteric tablet contains 75 mg or 150 mg of acetylsalicylic acid;

excipients: corn starch, powdered cellulose, sodium starch (type A), hypromellose;

shell: triethyl citrate, methacrylate copolymer (type C), talc, titanium dioxide (E 171), sodium lauryl sulfate, colloidal silicon dioxide, sodium bicarbonate.

Indications.

For 75 mg and 150 mg doses

– Acute and chronic ischemic heart disease.

For a dose of 75 mg

– prevention of recurrent thrombosis.

– Primary prevention of thrombosis, cardiovascular diseases, such as acute coronary syndrome in patients aged 50 years and older, in whom risk factors for the development of diseases of the cardiovascular system are present: arterial hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, diabetes mellitus, obesity (body mass index> 30 ) hereditary history (myocardial infarction in patients under the age of 55 years, at least one of the parents or a brother or sister).

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid, other salicylates or any component of the drug.
Asthma caused by taking salicylates or substances with a similar effect, especially NSAIDs in history.
Acute peptic ulcers.
Hemorrhagic diathesis.
Severe renal failure.
Severe liver failure.
Severe heart failure.
Combination with methotrexate at a dose of 15 mg / week or more (see “Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction”).

Method of application and dose.

Acute and chronic ischemic heart disease.

The recommended starting dose is 150 mg per day. The maintenance dose is 75 mg per day.

Acute myocardial infarction. Unstable angina.

The recommended dose is 150-450 mg, administered as soon as possible after the onset of symptoms.

Prevention of recurrent thrombosis.

The recommended starting dose is 150 mg per day. The maintenance dose is 75 mg per day.

Primary prevention of thrombosis, cardiovascular diseases, such as acute coronary syndrome in patients who have factors for the development of cardiovascular diseases.

The recommended prophylactic dose is 75 mg per day.

Swallow the tablets whole, if necessary, drink water. To ensure rapid absorption, the tablet can be chewed or dissolved in water.

Liver dysfunction. The drug should not be used in patients with severe hepatic impairment. Dose adjustment may be required in patients with hepatic impairment.

Impaired kidney function. The drug should not be used to treat patients with severe renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate <0.2 ml / s (10 ml / min)). Dose adjustment may be required in patients with impaired renal function.

Children.

Children under 16 years of age are contraindicated in the use of the drug.
