Alerzin (levocetirizine) Oral Drops 5 mg/ml. 20 ml Vial

Ingredients

Active ingredient: Levocetirizine 5 mg/ml. Other ingredients: glycerol, propylene glycol, sodium acetate trihydrate, glacial acetic acid, purified water.

Dosage

Dosage: The usual dose is 5 mg (1 ml) once daily. Adjustments may be needed based on individual response.

Indications

Indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Contraindications

Do not use in patients with a known hypersensitivity to levocetirizine or any of the ingredients in the formulation.

Directions

Shake well before use. Administer the drops orally. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Scientific Evidence

Levocetirizine is a third-generation non-sedating antihistamine that selectively antagonizes peripheral H1 receptors. Studies have shown its efficacy in the treatment of allergic conditions, with a rapid onset of action and long duration of effect.

Additional Information
