Ingredients
Active ingredient: Sumatriptan succinate 50 mg per tablet.
Dosage
Recommended dosage: The usual adult dose is 50 mg taken orally. If the migraine recurs after initial relief, a second dose may be taken after 2 hours, not exceeding 100 mg in a 24-hour period.
Indications
Antimigren (sumatriptan) coated tablets are indicated for the acute treatment of migraine attacks with or without aura.
Contraindications
Do not use Antimigren (sumatriptan) coated tablets if:
- You have uncontrolled hypertension.
- You have a history of coronary artery disease or coronary artery vasospasm.
- You have severe hepatic impairment.
Directions
Directions for use: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet. It can be taken with or without food.
