Ingredients

The main active ingredient of Casarc is candesartan cilexetil, a medication used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure.

Dosage

The recommended starting dose of Casarc is 16 mg once daily. Depending on the patient’s response, the dosage can be increased to a maximum of 32 mg once daily.

Indications

• Casarc is indicated for the treatment of hypertension.
• It is also used in the management of heart failure.

Contraindications

Casarc should not be used in patients with severe hepatic impairment and/or cholestasis, and in patients who are hypersensitive to any component of this product.

Directions

Take Casarc once daily, with or without food. The tablets should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.
