Ingredients

The active ingredient in Casodex is bicalutamide. Each coated tablet contains 50 mg of bicalutamide.

Dosage

The recommended dosage of Casodex is one tablet (50 mg) once daily. It should be taken at the same time each day.

Indications

Casodex is indicated for the treatment of prostate cancer. It is used in combination with other medications to treat advanced prostate cancer.

Contraindications

Directions

Take Casodex exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not alter the dosage or stop taking the medication without consulting your doctor. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double doses.
