Ingredients

The main active ingredient of Catedjel is lidocaine hydrochloride. Each gram of gel contains 12.5 mg of lidocaine hydrochloride.

Dosage

The dosage of Catedjel depends on the severity of the condition and the patient’s response to treatment. However, the general recommendation is to apply the gel to the affected area 3-4 times daily.

Indications

Catedjel is indicated for the temporary relief of pain and itching associated with minor burns, sunburn, minor cuts, scrapes, insect bites, and minor skin irritations.

Contraindications

Catedjel should not be used if you have a known allergy to lidocaine or any other ingredient in the gel. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe liver disease.

Directions

Apply a thin layer of Catedjel to the affected area. Rub in gently until the gel is absorbed. Do not apply more than 4 times daily. If your condition does not improve, or if it worsens, seek medical attention.
