Ingredients

The main active ingredient in Centrolin is choline alfoscerate. Each 4ml ampoule contains 1000 mg of choline alfoscerate.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is one ampoule (1000 mg/4ml) per day, administered by intramuscular or intravenous injection.

Indications

Centrolin is indicated for the treatment of cognitive disorders in adults, such as those associated with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.

Contraindications

Centrolin is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to choline alfoscerate or any other component of the formulation. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe renal impairment.

Directions

Centrolin should be administered under the supervision of a healthcare professional. The solution should be injected slowly, over a period of at least 3-5 minutes. Do not use if the solution is discolored or contains particles.
