Co-Amlessa (perindopril tert-butylamine, indapamide, amlodipine) tablets 4 mg/1.25 mg/10 mg. №30

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains:

• Perindopril tert-butylamine 4 mg
• Indapamide 1.25 mg
• Amlodipine 10 mg

Dosage:

The usual dose is one tablet taken once daily, preferably in the morning before a meal.

Indications:

Co-Amlessa tablets are indicated for the treatment of hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by monotherapy.

Contraindications:

Do not use Co-Amlessa if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, have a history of angioedema related to previous ACE inhibitor therapy, or if you are pregnant.

Directions:

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.

Scientific Evidence:

Co-Amlessa combines three different antihypertensive agents to target multiple pathways involved in blood pressure regulation. Perindopril is an ACE inhibitor, indapamide is a thiazide-like diuretic, and amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker. This combination has been shown to effectively lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension.
