Ingredients

Each coated tablet contains 25 mg of dexketoprofen trometamol as the active ingredient.

Dosage

The recommended dosage for adults is one tablet every 8 hours as needed for pain relief.

Indications

Dexobel tablets are indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain such as muscular pain, joint pain, dental pain, and dysmenorrhea.

Contraindications

Do not use Dexobel tablets if you have a history of allergic reactions to dexketoprofen or other NSAIDs, or if you have active peptic ulcers.

Directions

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.

Scientific Evidence

Dexketoprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic properties. It works by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase, thereby reducing the production of prostaglandins which are mediators of pain and inflammation.
