Scientific Evidence:

Additional Information:
Difors 160 tablets have been well-tolerated in clinical trials, with a low incidence of adverse effects. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and consult with a healthcare provider before starting or changing any medication regimen.
The pharmacological action of amlodipine involves the inhibition of calcium ion influx across cell membranes, leading to vasodilation and decreased peripheral vascular resistance. Valsartan works by blocking the vasoconstrictor and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II, resulting in vasodilation and decreased blood pressure.
