Dismenorm Composition
active ingredients: 1 tablet contains: Agnus castus Æ 125 mg (dry residue 1 mg), Apis mellifica D3 25 mg, Pulsatilla D3 25 mg, Rosmarinus officinalis D2 25 mg;

Dismenorm excipients: lactose monohydrate, wheat starch, magnesium stearate.

Pharmacological properties
Dysmenorm is a complex homeopathic remedy, which includes four well-known monopreparations that complement each other in the treatment of menstrual irregularities and fibrocystic changes in breast tissue (mastopathy). Dysmenorm regulates the rhythm, intensity and duration of menstrual bleeding and reduces the symptoms associated with premenstrual syndrome. Reduces discomfort with engorgement and breast tenderness (mastodynia).

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to bee venom toxins or to any other component of the drug, breastfeeding, estrogen-dependent tumors or pituitary tumors.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction
Due to the possible dopaminergic and estrogenic activity of the active substance Agnus castus, the drug may interact with drugs – agonists and antagonists of dopamine receptors, estrogen and antiestrogen drugs.

Food and drinks.

Dysmenorm contains the active ingredient Agnus castus, therefore it is contraindicated to use the drug during breastfeeding.

Method of administration and dosage
For adults and children over the age of 12, the drug should be taken regularly, 1-2 tablets 3 times a day.

Improvement usually occurs after 4 weeks. After improvement of the condition, the frequency of taking the drug should be reduced. In the case of menstrual disorders, Dysmenorm should be used until the duration and frequency of menstruation normalize, at least 3 months. The drug Dysmenorm can be recommended for long-term use.
