Ingredients

Active ingredient: Valproic acid 200 mg per tablet.

Dosage

Recommended dosage: The usual starting dose is 10-15 mg/kg/day, gradually increasing to achieve the desired clinical response.

Indications

Indicated for: Treatment of epilepsy, bipolar disorder, and migraine headaches.

Contraindications

Do not use if: Allergic to valproic acid, liver disease, urea cycle disorders.

Directions

Administration: Take with food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow the tablet whole, do not crush or chew.
