Entrop® has a direct activating effect on the integrative activity of the brain, promotes memory consolidation, improves concentration and mental activity, facilitates learning, increases the resistance of brain tissues to hypoxia and toxic effects, has anticonvulsant and anxiolytic activity, and regulates active processes inhibition of the central nervous system, improves mood.
The drug has a positive effect on metabolic processes and blood circulation to the brain, stimulates redox processes, increases the body’s energy potential through glucose utilization, improves regional blood flow in ischemic areas of the brain. Increases the content of norepinephrine, dopamine and serotonin in the brain, does not affect the level of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), does not bind to GABA or GABA receptors, does not significantly affect the spontaneous bioelectrical activity of the brain.
Entrop® has no effect on respiration and the cardiovascular system, has a mild diuretic effect, has anorexigenic activity in the course of use.
The stimulating effect of Entrop® is manifested in its ability to show a moderate effect on motor reactions, in increasing physical performance, in a pronounced antagonism of the cataleptic action of neuroleptics, as well as in weakening the soporific effect of ethanol and hexenal.
The psychostimulant effect of Entrop® prevails in the ideational sphere. Moderate psychostimulant effect of the drug is combined with anxiolytic activity, improves mood, has some analgesic effect, increasing the threshold of pain sensitivity.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction
May enhance the action of drugs that stimulate the central nervous system, antidepressants and nootropic drugs, enhances and prolongs the action of hypnotics, narcotics and antiparkinsonian drugs.
