Fastin Composition
active ingredients: 1 g of ointment contains anestezin (benzocaine) 30 mg, furacilin (nitrofural) 20 mg, syntomycin 16 mg;
excipients: polyethylene oxide-400, sepineo P600, purified water.

Fastin, an ointment, has bacteriostatic properties, surface anesthetic effect.
Pharmacokinetics.
In its composition, Fastin ointment contains anesthesin (benzocaine) 30 mg. Benzocaine is slightly soluble in water, which leads to its slow absorption. Like all ester derivatives of para-aminobenzoic acid, it is cleaved by esterase in blood plasma and liver. As a result, para-aminobenzoic acid and ethyl alcohol are formed, which is metabolized to acetylcoenzipharm A. Para-aminobenzoic acid is conjugated with glycine or is excreted unchanged by the kidneys. The degree of systemic effect of the drug after application to the skin has not been studied.

Local treatment of 1st degree burns, fresh 2nd-3rd degree burns, pyoderma, purulent wounds.
Contraindications
Individual hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Allergic and toxic reactions (dyspeptic phenomena, dysbiosis, mental disorders) to chloramphenicol in history, hypersensitivity to nitrofuran derivatives. Psoriasis, eczema, fungal skin diseases, allergic dermatoses.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction

The drug is not used in patients prone to allergic reactions to syntomycin, anesthesin.
