Ingredients

Each tablet contains 10 mg of dapagliflozin.

Dosage

The recommended dose is one 10 mg tablet taken orally once daily.

Indications

Forxiga tablets are indicated for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Contraindications

Do not use Forxiga in patients with severe renal impairment, end-stage renal disease, or patients on dialysis.
