Ingredients:

Each coated tablet contains 1000 mg of Glucophage (Metformin Hydrochloride).

Dosage:

The usual dose is one tablet taken orally with meals, once or twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare provider.

Indications:

Gliucofaj tablets are indicated for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults and children over 10 years of age.

Contraindications:
