Ingredients

The active ingredient in Hartil tablets is 10 mg of Ramipril. Other ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, and sodium stearyl fumarate.

Dosage

The recommended starting dose is one tablet daily. Depending on the patient’s response, the dosage can be adjusted by the physician.

Indications

Hartil tablets are indicated for the treatment of hypertension and congestive heart failure. It can also be used to reduce the risk of stroke and myocardial infarction.

Contraindications

• Patients with a history of angioedema related to previous treatment with an ACE inhibitor.
• Patients with hypersensitivity to any component of this product.
• Patients with a history of bilateral renal artery stenosis or stenosis of the artery to a solitary kidney.

Directions

Hartil tablets should be taken once a day, preferably at the same time each day. They can be taken with or without food. The tablets should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.
