Composition
Each sachet contains: Paracetamol 500 mg, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg.
Mechanism of Action
Paracetamol works as an analgesic and antipyretic agent by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system. Phenylephrine Hydrochloride acts as a nasal decongestant by constricting blood vessels in the nasal passages.
