Indications

Pathological processes caused by insufficiency of the corpus luteum: the threat of miscarriage, primary and secondary amenorrhea, polymenorrhea, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, hyperplastic processes in the endometrium, endometriosis.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to drug components
impaired liver function, liver disease (hepatitis, cirrhosis), benign hyperbilirubinemia, cholestatic jaundice during pregnancy or in history
renal failure
malignant tumors of the breast and genitals
ectopic pregnancy or missed pregnancy in history, vaginal bleeding of unknown origin, condition after abortion
nervous disorders with symptoms of depression, tachycardia
active venous or arterial thromboembolism, severe thrombophlebitis, or a history of these conditions
porphyria.

Method of administration and dosage

For use by adult women. The drug is administered intramuscularly. In order to prevent and treat the threat of miscarriage, inject 125-250 mg (1-2 ml of a 12.5% ​​solution) once a week. Use Ingesta Oxy only in the first trimester of pregnancy.

In case of amenorrhea (primary and secondary), the drug should be prescribed immediately after the termination of the use of estrogen drugs. Enter 250 mg Ingest Oxy once or in two divided doses.

In order to normalize the menstrual cycle (with polymenorrhea, dysfunctional uterine bleeding), Ingesta Oxy should be administered at a dose of 62.5-125 mg (0.5-1 ml of a 12.5% ​​solution) on the 20th-22nd day of the cycle.

In women with endometrial hyperplasia (in the absence of hormonally active ovarian tumors) up to 45 years of age in the first phase of the menstrual cycle, prescribe estrogens (ethinylestradiol 0.05 mg per day from the 5th to the 25th day of the cycle) and Ingesta Oxy 1 ml 12, 5% solution 1 time per week on the 5th, 12th and 19th day of the cycle for 4-5 cycles. For women over 45 years old, inject only Ingesta Oxy, 2 ml of a 12.5% ​​solution once a week for 6-8 menstrual cycles.
