Pharmacodynamics
Inspiron & reg has anti-bronchoconstrictor and anti-inflammatory properties due to the interaction of several interrelated mechanisms:
blocks H1-histamine receptors and has an antispasmodic effect on bronchial smooth muscle
has an anti-inflammatory effect, which reduces the production of various anti-inflammatory factors (cytokines, TNF-a, arachidonic acid derivatives, prostaglandins, leukotrienes, thromboxane, free radicals), some of them
also have a bronchoconstrictor effect
inhibits α-1-adrenoceptors, which stimulate the secretion of viscous mucus.
Pharmacokinetics.
The maximum concentration in blood plasma is reached on average in 6 hours after oral administration. The half-life & ndash 12 hours. Fenspiride is excreted mainly in the urine.

Treatment of acute and chronic inflammatory processes of the ENT organs and respiratory tract (otitis, sinusitis, rhinitis, rhinopharyngitis, tracheitis, rhinotracheobronchitis, bronchitis), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), as part of complex therapy of bronchial asthma.
Seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis and other manifestations of allergies from the respiratory system and ENT organs.
Respiratory manifestations of measles, influenza.
Symptomatic treatment of whooping cough.
CONTRAINDICATION
Hypersensitivity (allergy) to the active substance or to any of the components of the drug.
