Infections caused by susceptible strains of microorganisms:
complicated intra-abdominal infections
community-acquired pneumonia
acute gynecological infections
complicated infections of the skin and skin structures, including infections of the lower extremities in diabetes (“diabetic” foot)
complicated urinary tract infections, including pyelonephritis
bacterial septicemia.
Prophylaxis
Invanz lyophilisate is indicated for adults for the prevention of surgical infections caused by elective colorectal surgery.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Previously established hypersensitivity to the components of the drug or to other drugs of the same class, to beta-lactam drugs (for example, penicillin or cephalosporins). Severe hypersensitivity reactions, eg anaphylactic reactions, severe skin reactions.
When using lidocaine hydrochloride as a solvent, Inwanzu, which is administered, is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to local anesthetics of the amide type and in patients with severe shock or heart block (see the Instruction Sheet for lidocaine hydrochloride).
DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
For intravenous and intramuscular administration.

The usual dose of Inwanzu for adults and children from 13 years of age is 1 g once a day by intravenous injection.
The usual dose of Inwanzu for children from 3 months to 12 years is 15 mg / kg of body weight twice a day (do not exceed the dose of 1 g per day) by intravenous infusion.
Invanz can be administered by infusion or injection. Invanz infusion should be administered within 30 minutes. M introduction Inwanzu can be used as an alternative to the introduction.
The usual duration of treatment with Inwanz is 3 to 14 days, but depends on the type and severity of the infection and the pathogen or pathogens. In the presence of clinical indications (clinical improvement), a permissible transition to further adequate oral antimicrobial therapy.
