Description
Lespefril Composition
Active ingredients:
shoots of Lespedetsa two-color,
ethyl alcohol 95%,
purified water,
anise oil.
Pharmachologic effect
The complex of biologically active substances that make up Lespefril helps to increase renal filtration, reduces azotemia, increases the excretion of nitrogenous toxins in the urine, increases urine output, increases the excretion of sodium and, to a lesser extent, potassium.
Lespefril Indications
For symptomatic therapy as a hypoazotemic and diuretic agent in chronic renal failure.
Lespefril Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy, breastfeeding period.
Due to the presence of alcohol, it is impossible to prescribe the drug to patients receiving treatment with drugs that depress the central nervous system, insulin, hypoglycemic agents (metformin sulfonamides), drugs for the treatment of alcoholism.
Lespefril Side effects
Allergic reactions.
In rare cases, hyponatremia (compensated by the administration of sodium preparations).
How to take, course and dosage
Lespefril is used orally, 5-15 ml (1 teaspoon – 1 tablespoon) 3-4 times a day.
It is allowed to dilute the main solution before use with water.
The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks.
A second course of treatment is possible in 2-3 weeks, after consulting a doctor.
