Ingredients:

Each tablet contains 750 mg of Levox (Levofloxacin).

Dosage:

The usual dose is one tablet once daily, or as directed by a healthcare provider.

Indications:

Levox-750 is indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections such as pneumonia, skin infections, urinary tract infections, and sinusitis.

Contraindications:

Do not use Levox-750 if you have a history of hypersensitivity to Levofloxacin or other quinolones.

Directions:

Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
