Linbag hard capsules Composition
active substance: pregabalin;
1 capsule contains pregabalin 25 mg or 50 mg, 75 mg, 100 mg, or 150 mg, or 200 mg, or 225 mg or 300 mg
excipients: talc, corn starch, corn starch gelatin capsule: gelatin, titanium dioxide (E 171), iron oxide yellow (E172), iron oxide red (E172) *, iron oxide black (E172) **.
* Not contained in 50 mg capsules.
** Contained in capsules of 25 and 300 mg.

Neuropathic pain.
Linbag is prescribed for the treatment of neuropathic pain in adults with damage to the peripheral and central nervous systems.
Epilepsy.
Lingbag is prescribed as adjunctive therapy for partial seizures with or without secondary generalization in adults.
Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
Linbag is indicated for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder in adults.
Linbag hard capsules Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or any excipients.
Method of administration and dosage.
Doses.
The dose range can vary from 150 to 600 mg per day. The dose is divided into 2 or 3 doses.
Neuropathic pain.
Pregabalin therapy can be started with a dose of 150 mg per day, divided into 2 or 3 doses. Depending on the individual response and the patient’s tolerance of the drug, the dose can be increased to 300 mg per day after 3-7 days, and, if necessary, up to a maximum dose of 600 mg per day after 7 days.
Epilepsy.
Treatment with pregabalin can be started with a dose of 150 mg per day, divided into 2 or 3 doses. Depending on the effectiveness and tolerability of the drug in an individual patient, the dose can be increased to 300 mg per day after the first week of administration. After one week, the dose can be increased to a maximum of 600 mg per day.
Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
The dose, which is divided into 2 or 3 doses, can vary in the range of 150-600 mg per day. The need for continued treatment should be re-evaluated periodically.
Treatment with pregabalin can be started with a dose of 150 mg per day. Depending on the effectiveness and tolerability of the drug for individual patients, the dose can be increased to 300 mg per day after the first week of administration. After another week of administration, the dose can be increased to 450 mg per day. After one week, the dose can be increased to a maximum of 600 mg per day.
Discontinue treatment with pregabalin.
According to current clinical practice, it is recommended to stop treatment with pregabalin gradually, over at least one week, regardless of the indication.
Patients with hepatic impairment.
For patients with hepatic impairment, there is no need for dose adjustment.
Use in elderly patients (over 65 years old).
Elderly patients may need to reduce the dose of pregabalin due to deterioration in renal function.
Mode of application.
The drug Lingbag is taken with or without food.
Linbag is intended for oral use only.
Children.
The safety and efficacy of Lingbag in children (under the age of 18) have not been established. Currently available information is given in the section “Adverse reactions”, as well as in the sections “Pharmacological” and “Pharmacokinetics”, however, based on them, it is impossible to provide any recommendations regarding the dosage of this category of patients.
