Description

Liventsiale Forte composition
1 capsule contains:
soy lecithin powder – essential phospholipids – 300 mg;
excipients: refined soybean oil, hydrogenated vegetable oil, butyloxyanisole, butyhydroxytoluene, gelatin, glycerin, liquid sorbitol (70%), titanium dioxide, liquid caramel, purified water.

Pharmacological properties
It is a hepatotropic agent. In liver pathology, the membranes of its cells, as well as organelles, are always damaged, which can cause a change in the activity of membrane-bound enzymes, receptor systems, disorders of the metabolic function of hepatocytes, and a decrease in the intensity of regenerative processes in liver tissues. The drug contains phospholipids, similar in their chemical structure to endogenous phospholipids, but significantly outweigh them due to the high content of essential (so-called polyunsaturated) fatty acids. They are able to integrate into the structures of cell membranes, facilitate the restoration of damaged liver tissue. In addition, they affect the disturbed lipid metabolism, regulating the metabolism of lipoproteins, due to which cholesterol, neutral fats are converted into forms suitable for transport, especially due to an increase in the ability of HDL (high density lipoproteins) to attach cholesterol, after which they are sent for further oxidation. The excretion of phospholipids through the biliary tract helps to reduce the lithogenic index (reduce stone formation) and stabilize bile. Thus, the drug has a normalizing effect on the metabolism of fats, proteins, detoxification function of the liver, promotes restoration, preservation of the cellular structure of the liver, phospholipid-dependent enzyme systems, which promotes the restoration of hepatocytes, prevents further replacement of hepatocytes with connective tissue.
