Ingredients

Each tablet contains 2 mg of Loperamide hydrochloride.

Dosage

The usual adult dosage is 2 tablets initially, followed by 1 tablet after each loose stool, not exceeding 4 tablets in 24 hours.

Indications

Loperamid Arterium tablets are indicated for the control and symptomatic relief of acute nonspecific diarrhea and chronic diarrhea associated with inflammatory bowel disease.

Contraindications

Do not use in patients with a known hypersensitivity to loperamide or in the presence of abdominal distention without diarrhea.

Directions

Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not chew. Follow the dosage instructions provided or as directed by a healthcare professional.
