Ingredients

Each coated tablet contains:

• Lisinopril 10mg
• Amlodipine 5mg

Dosage

The usual dosage is one tablet once a day.

Indications

Lozap Plus tablets are indicated for the treatment of hypertension in patients not adequately controlled on monotherapy.

Contraindications

Do not use Lozap Plus if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, pregnant, or have a history of angioedema related to previous ACE inhibitor therapy.

Directions

Take one tablet daily with or without food, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
