Description
Nobi Gel composition and form of release
The active ingredient is ketoprofen.

Pharmacological properties
A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is used locally for arthralgia (joint pain) and myalgia (muscle pain). This agent has analgesic (pain relieving) and antiphlogistic (anti-inflammatory) effects.
Indications
Nobi Gel is indicated for pain in joints / muscles that have arisen as a result of injuries, injuries. Also used for tendovaginitis.
Contraindications
The drug is prohibited in case of hypersensitivity to it, salicylates and other NSAIDs, as well as in the development of rhinitis, urticaria or attacks of bronchial asthma in the past after their use.
Not for use in patients with photosensitivity (hypersensitivity to sunlight).
It is also contraindicated in exacerbation of duodenal / stomach ulcer, severe renal failure, gastrointestinal bleeding in the past, as well as in chronic dyspepsia.
Do not apply Nobi Gel to skin areas where there are rashes, eczema, dermatoses, damage, itching, acne, irritation, burns. Not used for skin infections.
Children
Not applicable to children under fifteen years of age.
Application during pregnancy and lactation
Nobi Gel is contraindicated in the third trimester of pregnancy. In the first and second trimesters, it can be used exclusively as directed by the attending doctor.
Breastfeeding is required to be stopped for the period of drug therapy.
Method of administration and dosage
Apply a thin layer of gel to the skin over the painful area and rub in with light movements once or twice a day. After applying the gel, wash your hands thoroughly.
It is impossible to use this gel under occlusive, hermetic dressings.
The duration of the drug is seven to ten days.
The pharmaceutical product is allowed to be used in combination with other dosage forms (suppositories, tablets, capsules).
Overdose
With local application of this pharmaceutical, overdose is unlikely.
Systemic side effects can occur with prolonged use of Nobi Gel on large areas of the skin or in high doses. If a large amount of gel is applied to the skin, it is recommended to rinse it with water.
Overdose symptoms include erythema, irritation, itching, or increased other side effects.
Accidental ingestion of the gel may cause dizziness, abdominal pain, nausea, drowsiness, and vomiting. In this case, symptomatic treatment is indicated.
Side effects
The use of the drug may be accompanied by the development of the following side effects: bronchospasm, nausea, hypersensitivity reactions (including anaphylaxis, angioedema), Stevens-Johnson syndrome, attacks of bronchial asthma, vomiting, hyperhidrosis (increased sweating), photosensitivity (urticaria, peporotic prolonged use), diarrhea, gastrointestinal bleeding.
Allergic skin reactions, hyperemia (redness), skin irritation, edema, burning, itching, eczema, bullous rash, purpura, dermatitis (exfoliative, contact), erythema multiforme may occur at the site of application of this gel.
If any undesirable phenomena appear, the consultation of the attending doctor is required.
Storage conditions and periods
Store at temperatures below + 25 ° C.
The shelf life of the pharmaceutical product is three years.
