Pharmacological properties                                                                                                                                              It has the property of reducing both systolic and diastolic blood pressure in patients regardless of age, both in a horizontal and vertical position. The effect of the drug is dose-dependent.
Among others, perindopril has the property of decreasing the work of the heart muscle, due to the vasodilating effect on the veins, reducing the afterload on the heart, generally leading to a decrease in blood pressure associated with a decrease in the filling of the left and right ventricles of the heart, an improvement in its index, and an increase in regional muscle blood flow. It also has the ability to expand the lumen in blood vessels, restoring their elasticity, and reducing left ventricular hypertrophy.
Indapamide, in turn, is able to increase the secretion of sodium, chlorine, potassium and magnesium, which helps to increase urinary excretion, which also helps to lower blood pressure.
Thanks to the listed characteristics, Noliprel Forte argynin normalizes blood pressure for only one month, while it does not have a tachyphylaxis effect.
