Pharmacological properties
Nux Vomica Homaccord has anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, antispasmodic and choleretic effect, which is based on the activation of the body’s defenses and normalization of impaired functions due to substances of plant and mineral origin, which are part of the drug.

Functional disorders and inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, gallbladder and liver, spastic constipation, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, gastritis and duodenitis (acute and chronic), gastric ulcer, intestinal dysbiosis, flatulence.

Contraindication
Individual sensitivity to any components of the drug.

Features of application
At the beginning of treatment with the drug Nux Vomica Homaccord may be a short-term exacerbation of existing symptoms (primary reaction). This reaction is usually temporary. If symptoms persist, the drug should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted.
In isolated cases, homeopathic initial exacerbation can lead to temporary dizziness and headache, which passes quickly and does not require discontinuation of the drug.
This drug contains 35 vol. % ethanol (alcohol), ie 138 mg / dose, equivalent to 4 ml of beer, 2 ml of wine per dose.
Harmful to patients with alcoholism. Caution should be exercised when using it in pregnant and lactating women, children and patients with liver disease and patients with epilepsy.

Method of application and dosage
Single dose:

  • children from 2 to 6 years – 5 drops 3 times a day;
  • children from 6 to 12 years 7 drops 3 times a day;
  • adults and children from 12 years 10 drops 3 times a day before meals or 1 hour after meals. Dissolve the drops in 10 ml of water and drink, holding for a few seconds in the mouth.

In acute cases:

  • children from 2 to 6 years – 5 drops every half hour, but not more than 8 times a day;
  • children from 6 to 12 years – 7 drops every half hour, but not more than 8 times a day;
  • Adults and children over 12 years – 10 drops every half hour, but not more than 8 times a day.

Dissolve the drops in 10 ml of water and drink, holding in your mouth for a few seconds.
If symptoms persist for more than 7 days or deterioration occurs, treatment should be discontinued and a physician should be consulted.
The duration of use of the drug depends on the severity and course of the disease is determined by the doctor individually.

Children
