Ingredients

Each coated tablet contains 200 mg of ofloxacin.

Dosage

The usual dosage for adults is one 200 mg tablet taken orally every 12 hours for 7 to 14 days.

Indications

Ofloxin tablets are indicated for the treatment of various bacterial infections, including urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and sexually transmitted diseases.

Contraindications

Do not use Ofloxin tablets if you have a history of hypersensitivity to ofloxacin or any other quinolone antibiotics.

Directions
