Ingredients

Active ingredient: Levofloxacin 5 mg/ml. Other ingredients: benzalkonium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, and purified water.

Dosage

Recommended dosage: Instill 1 to 2 drops into the affected eye(s) every 2 hours for the first 2 days, then 4 times daily for the next 5 days.

Indications

Oftacvix (levofloxacin) Eye Drops are indicated for the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis caused by susceptible strains of bacteria.

Contraindications

Do not use Oftacvix (levofloxacin) Eye Drops if you are allergic to levofloxacin or any other ingredients in the product.

Directions

Directions for use: Wash hands before use. Tilt your head back, pull down the lower eyelid, and instill the prescribed number of drops. Close the eye for a few minutes without blinking.
