Clinical Trials: Clinical trials have shown that pramipexole is effective in reducing the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, such as tremors, stiffness, and slowness of movement. In a study published in Movement Disorders, pramipexole was found to be well-tolerated and significantly improved motor function in patients with early Parkinson’s disease.
