Pregabalin (Pregabalin) Capsules 150 mg. №14

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains 150 mg of pregabalin.

Dosage:

The usual dose is 150 mg taken orally per day, divided into two or three doses.

Indications:

Pregabalin is indicated for the management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia, and fibromyalgia.

Contraindications:

Do not use pregabalin if you are allergic to it or have heart problems.

Directions:

Take pregabalin exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not stop taking the medication suddenly.

Scientific Evidence:

Pregabalin, a structural derivative of the inhibitory neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), exerts its pharmacological effects by binding to the alpha2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system.
