Indications for use Medela Purelan 100

Frequent sucking while breastfeeding can disrupt your skin’s natural lipid layer. This can make your nipples dry and tender, or even sore and chapped. Medela Purelan 100 will help restore lipid balance and cope with this problem.
Of course, the best treatment is prevention, so don’t wait for your nipples to become inflamed or cracked. Can be used as a caring moisturizer and reapplied regularly before and after breastfeeding to keep breast skin soft and tender.
It is also suitable for relieving nipple itching and tenderness during pregnancy.

Children

If you are worried about the safety of feeding after applying the product – in vain! Medela Purelan 100 is free of parabens, artificial additives, preservatives and fragrances, so it does not need to be rinsed off before feeding.
You can even apply it to your baby’s skin if you notice dryness.
Lanolin also helps repair chapped lips and nose during the cold season.

Mode of application

Medela Purelan 100 can be applied immediately after feeding. Express some milk with clean hands, moisten the nipple and areola (the darker skin around the nipple) with it, and wait for it to dry.
Then squeeze out a pea-sized dollop of lanolin and rub it between your fingers to warm and pliable.
Apply gently to the nipple.
Apply it as needed.
