Rizoptan (rizatriptan) tablets 10 mg. №9

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains 10 mg of rizatriptan.

Dosage:

The recommended dosage is one tablet as needed, with a maximum of two tablets in a 24-hour period.

Indications:

Rizoptan is indicated for the acute treatment of migraine attacks with or without aura.

Contraindications:

Do not use Rizoptan if you have uncontrolled hypertension, ischemic heart disease, or hemiplegic or basilar migraine.

Directions:

Take one tablet with water as soon as you feel a migraine attack coming on. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Scientific Evidence:

Rizatriptan, the active ingredient in Rizoptan, is a selective 5-HT1B/1D receptor agonist known for its vasoconstrictive properties in the cranial circulation. Clinical studies have shown that rizatriptan effectively relieves migraine symptoms, including pain, nausea, and sensitivity to light and sound.
