Scientific Evidence
Roxera (rozuvastatin) has been extensively studied in various clinical trials, demonstrating its effectiveness in lowering LDL cholesterol levels and reducing the risk of cardiovascular events. A study published in the New England Journal of Medicine showed that rozuvastatin significantly reduced the incidence of heart attacks and strokes compared to a placebo.
Additional Information
Roxera tablets work by inhibiting the enzyme HMG-CoA reductase, which plays a key role in the production of cholesterol in the liver. By lowering cholesterol levels, Roxera helps prevent the buildup of plaque in the arteries, reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke.
In comparative studies, Roxera has shown superior efficacy in lowering LDL cholesterol levels compared to other statins, making it a preferred choice for patients with hypercholesterolemia. Its safety profile and tolerability have also been well-established in various patient populations.
