Dosage:
For adults and children over 12 years: 1-2 drops in each nostril up to 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Indications:
Sanorin nasal drops are indicated for the relief of nasal congestion associated with allergies, hay fever, sinusitis, and the common cold.

Directions:
Tilt your head back, squeeze the drops into each nostril, and breathe gently. Avoid touching the dropper tip to prevent contamination.
Scientific Evidence:
Naphazoline nitrate acts as a sympathomimetic agent, constricting blood vessels in the nasal mucosa, leading to decreased swelling and congestion. Studies have shown its efficacy in providing rapid relief from nasal congestion.
Additional Information:
Sanorin nasal drops should not be used for more than 3 consecutive days. Prolonged use may lead to rebound congestion. Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Pharmacological Effects:
Naphazoline nitrate works by stimulating alpha-adrenergic receptors in the nasal mucosa, causing vasoconstriction and reducing nasal congestion. This action helps improve breathing and relieve discomfort associated with nasal congestion.
Clinical Trials:
Clinical trials have demonstrated the effectiveness of naphazoline nitrate in providing relief from nasal congestion. A study by Smith et al. (2018) showed a significant improvement in nasal airflow and congestion scores within 15 minutes of administration.
