Composition
active substances: dry extract of passion flower, ethyl ether of α-bromosovaleric acid;
1 tablet contains: dry extract of passionflower (Passiflorae herba) – 300 mg; α-bromosovaleric acid ethyl ether 10.2 mg;
auxiliary substances: peppermint oil; β-cyclodextrin; glycine; mannitol (E 421); crospovidone; citric acid, monohydrate; aspartame (E 951); colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate.
Medicinal form
Tablets.
The main physicochemical properties: tablets are round, flat-cylindrical, with a line, from light brown to dark brown in color with inclusions. Tablets have a specific smell.

Pharmacological properties
Sedistress (extract passiflora) is a sedative and hypnotic drug, the action of which is determined by its components.

Contraindication:
- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
- severe liver and / or kidney dysfunction;
- severe heart failure;
- arterial hypotension, bradycardia.
Method of application and dosage
The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets per day orally (orally). The tablets should be taken with food, washed down with liquid. For sleep disorders – 2 tablets 1 time 30 minutes before bedtime orally (orally).
The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor individually.
Children
Efficacy and safety of the drug in children under 12 years of age have not been established, so the use of this category of patients is not recommended.
Overdose
Overdose is possible with frequent or long-term use of the drug, which is associated with the accumulation of its components. Possible manifestations of hypersensitivity, requiring desensitization therapy.
Symptoms: lethargy, drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and episodes of unstable ventricular tachycardia.
Treatment: symptomatic therapy.
Side effects
