Ingredients

Dosage

Scientific Evidence
Amisulpride, the active ingredient in Solian tablets, is a second-generation antipsychotic that primarily acts as a selective dopamine antagonist. It exerts its therapeutic effects by blocking dopamine D2 and D3 receptors in the brain, leading to an improvement in positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia.
Several clinical trials have demonstrated the efficacy of amisulpride in the treatment of schizophrenia. A study by Leucht et al. (2013) compared the effectiveness of different antipsychotic drugs and found that amisulpride was as effective as other antipsychotics in treating acute exacerbations of schizophrenia.
Additional Information
