Composition 
Tykveol is available as an oral oil. The preparation is made on the basis of a complex of biological active substances obtained from pumpkin seeds, such as carotenoids, tocopherols, phospholipids, sterols, as well as saturated, unsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids (palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic and linolenic).

Description

Pumpkin seed oil is a unique natural accumulator of biologically active substances, contains easily digestible proteins (proteins), lipid components of cell membranes, saturated and unsaturated fatty acids (palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic, linolenic), vitamins: C, B1, B2, PP ,F, carotenoids (precursors of vitamin A), vitamin E, macro and microelements, biologically active substances, enzymes, lecithin.

It is obtained using a special technology, which allows you to save all the useful components in their natural form.
The whole complex of natural biologically active substances determines the therapeutic effect of pumpkin seed oil not only at the cellular level, but also at the level of the body as a whole.

Clinical trials have shown pronounced anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, regenerating, membrane-stabilizing, immunomodulatory properties of pumpkin seed oil.

Indications

Tykveol is used in the complex treatment of prostatitis, prostate adenoma, hepatitis, fatty degeneration of the liver, cirrhosis of the liver, olecystocholangitis, biliary dyskinesia, gastritis, gastric ulcer, heartburn, colitis, enterocolitis, hemorrhoids, atherosclerosis, cervical erosion. In addition, the external use of the drug is advisable in the treatment of herpetic eruptions, dermatitis, diathesis, psoriasis, eczema, 1st degree burns, burn disease and periodontal disease.

Contraindications

Tykveol is not used for the treatment of children under 12 years of age, patients with hypersensitivity to the drug, gastric ulcer in the stage of exacerbation and cholelithiasis.

Application during pregnancy and lactation

At the moment, there is no clinical data on the safety of using Tykveol during pregnancy and lactation.

Method of application and dosage

Tykveol is prescribed orally 30 minutes before a meal, 5 mg of oil 3 or 4 r / s. Duration of treatment is from 1 to 3 months. The drug in capsules is taken 4 capsules 3 r / s before or after meals. When using Tykveol for external application, oil is applied to the affected areas 2 or 3 r / s. When treating inflammation of the prostate gland or hemorrhoids, together with oral administration, the patient is prescribed microclysters twice a day. In the treatment of periodontal disease, the appointment of oil applications to the area of ​​inflammation is indicated.

Overdose

When using Tykveol in high doses, the patient does not develop any clinically significant symptoms with the exception of diarrhea. If, when taking Tykveol, the patient has diarrhea, then it is necessary to reduce the dose of the drug.

Side effects

Even with prolonged use of Tykveol, the development of any side effects is very rarely observed. However, in some cases, the patient may experience various dyspeptic disorders, such as stool disturbance, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, as well as allergic reactions manifested by skin rashes, itching and hives.
