Composition
active ingredients: 1 tablet contains:
- vitamin A (retinol acetate) 600 IU;
- vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 0.203 mg;
- vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 0.3 mg;
- vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate) 1.2 mg;
- vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 0.3 mg;
- vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 0.0002 mg;
- vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 10 mg;
- vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 80 IU;
- vitamin PP (nicotinamide) 3 mg;
- folic acid 0.04 mg;
- calcium 12.5 mg;
- phosphorus 10 mg.
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose; lactose, monohydrate; sugar; corn starch; sorbitol (E 420); aspartame (E 951); flavor “Orange flavor”; anhydrous citric acid; magnesium stearate; shell: Opadry II Orange film coating mixture: aluminum lacquers: sunset yellow FCF (E 110) and indigo carmine (E 132), hypromelose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), medium chain triglycerides, polydextrose, maltodextrin, iron oxide yellow (E 172), titanium dioxide (E 171), talc.
Dosage form
Film-coated tablets.
Basic physical and chemical properties: round-shaped tablets with a biconvex surface, film-coated orange. The fracture shows two layers.

Pharmacological properties
The product contains a combination of vitamins and minerals (phosphorus and calcium). It is used in children for the treatment and prevention of deficiency of calcium, vitamins, phosphorus.
Indications
Univit is indicated for the prevention and treatment of mineral and vitamin deficiencies in children with:
- conditions requiring improvement of immunological status, metabolism, endocrine gland function;
- unbalanced, malnutrition;
- antibiotic treatment;
- conditions, accompanied by an increased need for minerals and vitamins (illness, recovery period, growth period).
Contraindications
Univit is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to it, chronic glomerulonephritis, hypervitaminosis D3 or / and A, thrombophlebitis, nephrolithiasis, erythremia, gout, sarcoidosis, hyperuricemia, chronic heart failure, erythrocytosis, hypercalcemia, thrombosis / thrombosis / thrombosis stomach.
Univit is not used in children under four years of age.
Application during pregnancy and lactation
Univit is intended for use exclusively in children.
Method of administration and dosage
The pharmaceutical product Univit should be taken after meals.
To prevent a lack of minerals and vitamins, this drug is used in the following dosage:
- children four to six years old – one Univita tablet once or twice a day;
- children seven to fourteen years old – one tablet two to three times / day.
For the treatment of mineral deficiencies and hypovitaminosis, Univit is used in the following dosage:
- children four to six years old – one tablet four to five times / day;
- children seven to fourteen years old – one tablet five to seven times a day.
The duration of the use of this pharmaceutical agent is determined by the attending doctor for each patient individually. With reduced appetite, it is recommended to use the drug for two months.
Overdose
When using Univit in recommended doses, the development of an overdose is unlikely.
Diarrhea may occur if you take more than recommended doses of this drug.
Long-term use of this pharmaceutical product in very high doses can lead to the development of hypervitaminosis D3 and A.
In case of an overdose, the patient is shown symptomatic treatment.
Side effects
The drug Univit is usually well tolerated by patients, however, in some cases, undesirable effects may occur (mainly when using the drug in high doses).
Some children may experience hypersensitivity reactions while using this drug, including angioedema, bronchospasm, anaphylactic shock.
In general, during the use of Univit in children, the following side effects may occur: headaches, nausea, dizziness, belching, drowsiness, vomiting, urticaria, abdominal pain, constipation / diarrhea, skin rashes, pyrexia, itching, flushing (redness) of the skin , discoloration of urine (yellow staining), hyperhidrosis (sweating).
