Ingredients:

Each coated tablet contains 15 mg of rivaroxaban as the active ingredient.

Dosage:

The recommended dosage is one 15 mg tablet taken orally once daily with food.

Indications:

Xarelto 15 mg tablets are indicated for the prevention of stroke and systemic embolism in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.

Contraindications:

Do not use Xarelto if you have active pathological bleeding or a history of a hypersensitivity reaction to rivaroxaban.

Directions:

Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet before swallowing.
