Almer (donepezil hydrochloride) Coated Tablets 5 mg. №30

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains 5 mg of donepezil hydrochloride.

Dosage:

The recommended dosage is one 5 mg tablet per day, taken orally with or without food.

Indications:

Almer tablets are indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate dementia associated with Alzheimer’s disease.

Contraindications:

Do not use Almer tablets if you are allergic to donepezil or any other ingredients in the formulation.

Directions:

Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
