Ingredients

Each capsule contains 100 mg of sumatriptan.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is one capsule (100 mg) at the onset of a migraine headache. Do not exceed more than 200 mg in a 24-hour period.

Indications

Amigren capsules are indicated for the acute treatment of migraine attacks with or without aura.

Contraindications

Do not use Amigren capsules if you have uncontrolled hypertension, ischemic heart disease, or have used MAO inhibitors in the past 14 days.

Directions

Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or break the capsule.

Scientific Evidence
