Ingredients

Each coated tablet contains 150 mg of irbesartan and 12.5 mg of hydrochlorothiazide.

Dosage

The usual recommended dose is one tablet once daily.

Indications

Co-Irbesan tablets are indicated for the treatment of hypertension when control is not achieved with irbesartan or hydrochlorothiazide alone.

Contraindications

Do not use Co-Irbesan if you are pregnant, have severe renal impairment, or are allergic to any component of the product.

Directions

Take Co-Irbesan exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
