Each enteric capsule contains 60 mg of duloxetine.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is one 60 mg enteric capsule daily.

Indications

Diulok (duloxetine) enteric capsules are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, and chronic musculoskeletal pain.

Contraindications

Do not use Diulok (duloxetine) enteric capsules if you have uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma or are taking a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI).

Directions

Swallow the capsule whole with water, do not crush or chew it. Take it with or without food as directed by your healthcare provider.
