Pharmacological properties
Pharmacodynamics. Combined preparation, which contains a complex of extracts of medicinal plants: clover (grass), licorice (roots and rhizomes), calendula (calendula; flowers), milk thistle (fruit), coriander (fruit).

Cranberry has a calming effect on the central nervous system, anticonvulsant effect, increases cardiac output, improves cerebral and peripheral blood supply and blood circulation to the abdominal organs. Has an anticoagulant effect.

Licorice has an anti-inflammatory effect due to the relief of inflammatory reactions caused by histamine, serotonin and bradykinin; antispasmodic effect on smooth muscles; accelerates the healing of gastric ulcers. Calendula (calendula) has bactericidal, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, choleretic, analgesic and antipruritic properties.

Milk thistle has hepatoprotective properties, and also has a choleretic and antispasmodic effect. Coriander has choleretic and wound-healing properties, improves digestion.

Indication
In the complex treatment of neurotic and neurosis-like states, accompanied by feelings of fear, tension, anxiety; mild forms of sleep disorders, headaches; sexopathological syndromes accompanied by decreased libido and psychoemotional disorders; menopausal disorders; peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum; dermatoses accompanied by itching.

Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, decreased blood clotting, severe obesity, hypokalemia, liver and kidney dysfunction, liver cirrhosis, hypertension, organic heart disease (myocarditis, pericarditis, myocardial infarction), alcoholism.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction
May increase the effect of anticoagulants, anti-inflammatory and cholagogues and drugs that depress the central nervous system (antipsychotics, anxiolytics, antidepressants, barbiturates, ethanol). With long-term use with cardiac glycosides, thiazide and loop diuretics, adrenocorticosteroids, antiarrhythmic and laxatives and drugs that affect heart rate (quinidine), the risk of hypokalemia increases.
